Local Route Delivery Driver

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Local Route Delivery Driver and be the face of our brand to retail customers. You will safely transport and unload pre‑sold beer, wine, and spirits from our distribution center to account locations on a fast‑paced, four‑day work week.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport assigned orders of beverages to retail accounts.
• Manually unload and deliver products, ensuring accurate placement and condition.
• Collect payments, reconcile receipts with delivery invoices, and handle paperwork required by liquor laws.
• Maintain customer relationships by providing courteous service and resolving concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each route, log inspections, and request routine maintenance.
• Complete DOT driver logs and adhere to all federal and state transportation regulations.
• Return empty containers and handle rejected or unsold merchandise.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license; CDL Class A or B preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a delivery or driving role.
• Ability to work early morning shifts (4:30 am start) and follow a Tuesday‑Friday schedule.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with retail partners.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining a clean vehicle.
