Lifeguard (M/W) – Pointe Aux Cannoniers

About the role

Join Club Med at the Pointe Aux Cannoniers resort as a Lifeguard, responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests in and around the pool area. You will combine strong pedagogical abilities with a passion for water sports to deliver high‑quality lessons and services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of adults and children in and around the pool.
• Manage pool usage and allocate space according to scheduled activities.
• Provide water‑activity lessons and private, à‑la‑carte services for guests.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med health, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Support the smooth organization of all water‑sport activities.

Required profile

• Pedagogical mindset with excellent teaching abilities.
• Responsible and attentive to safety protocols.
• Passionate about helping guests discover and improve their water‑sport skills.
• Ability to work with both beginners and experienced participants.
