Legal Intern – Corporate Law Support

About the role

Join Bosch as a Legal Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting a diverse range of legal matters across ASEAN. You will work closely with experienced lawyers, contribute to real projects, and develop a solid foundation for a future legal career.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the legal team on cross‑border legal topics affecting ASEAN countries.
• Review and assist in drafting simple contracts such as Non‑Disclosure Agreements and Tenancy Agreements.
• Conduct legal research using various tools, including large language models, and present findings in memos and presentations.
• Familiarise yourself with Bosch’s legal policies, central directives, and internal procedures.
• Participate in mentorship sessions, training workshops, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support administrative tasks, including legal department reporting and precedent database management.

Required profile

• Final‑year student at Temasek Polytechnic pursuing a Diploma in Law and Management.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn in a corporate environment.
