Learning and Talent Development Coordinator

About the role

The Learning and Talent Development Coordinator plays a pivotal delivery role within ABC Academy, supporting the design and coordination of learning and talent programmes across the ABC Group. Working closely with the Assistant Manager, the role offers meaningful exposure to organisational development work and requires a hands‑on, organised professional who can engage credibly across varied business contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of learning programmes using structured instructional design principles.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end delivery of learning interventions, managing logistics, participant communication and post‑programme follow‑through.
• Conduct training needs analyses at individual, team and organisational levels.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness from participant reaction through to behavioural change and business impact.
• Support the use of learning technologies, including AI‑enabled tools, to enhance reach and personalisation.
• Maintain accurate programme records and reporting documentation.
• Support talent identification frameworks, psychometric assessments and developmental feedback.
• Assist with Individual Development Plans, succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
• Coordinate people‑development projects, managing scope, planning, execution and evaluation.
• Engage with business unit stakeholders, HR partners and external vendors on learning and talent matters.
