Junior UI/UX Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Junior UI/UX Designer to join our fast‑growing marketing agency. You will support the full design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to high‑fidelity prototyping and handoff to developers, working remotely with a collaborative, data‑driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes for new features and product improvements.
• Design UI components while maintaining consistency across the design system.
• Leverage modern and AI‑assisted design tools to boost productivity and creativity.
• Prepare and organize design assets for developers, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Support user research activities such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and information architecture based on research insights.
• Analyze feedback and propose design enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical specifications.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain clear design specifications and ensure smooth handoff to development teams.
