Junior IT Support Specialist – Onsite in San Juan

About the role

Consertus is seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Specialist to join its San Juan office. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions to keep client and internal systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary help‑desk contact, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver tailored business solutions.
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision support.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a help‑desk or technical support role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to handling corporate information with high confidentiality.
