IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives focused on AI, SaaS products and process optimisation. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing projects from planning through delivery and ensuring alignment with business objectives in an agile, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT and SaaS‑related projects using Agile methodologies.
• Support initiatives involving artificial intelligence, automation and data‑driven solutions.
• Plan, execute, monitor timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data and business teams.
• Utilise Linear (or Jira) for project tracking and workflow management.
• Report project performance and status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in IT or technical project management.
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS products and technology‑driven environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI‑related projects or automation initiatives.
• Advanced written and spoken English and fluent Portuguese.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
