IT Product Encoder

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented IT Product Encoder to join our eCommerce team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product listings on our Magento platform while becoming familiar with the full range of LSG Industrial & Office Products.

Key responsibilities

• Upload, update, and maintain product listings in Magento.
• Manage product names, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, and inventory details.
• Optimize and edit product images for online presentation.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper organization.
• Conduct regular product audits and provide backend support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in eCommerce, product encoding, or data entry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.

Required skills

• Basic HTML.
• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Image editing tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
• Knowledge of Magento or other eCommerce/CMS platforms.
• SEO knowledge (preferred).
• Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce (preferred).
• Basic backend troubleshooting (preferred).
