IT Help Desk Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Support professional to provide timely technical assistance to eTap Inc’s employees and ensure smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, network and CCTV systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt technical support for hardware, software and network issues, minimizing disruption.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and CCTV equipment.
• Perform network cabling, routing and basic termination, and support CCTV setup and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve system, application, connectivity and security problems.
• Log, track and manage incidents using help‑desk tools, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or vendors following defined procedures.
• Deliver user training on IT tools and best practices.
• Monitor IT and CCTV systems, applying updates, patches and backups proactively.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
• Support cybersecurity measures such as antivirus updates and access‑control compliance.
• Identify and suggest improvements to support processes and user experience.
