This role focuses on delivering high‑quality hires at scale, working directly with senior management and navigating African labor markets while aligning with Russian leadership expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end volume recruitment for call‑center positions.
• Design, launch, and scale hiring funnels independently.

• Collaborate with local African labor markets to understand cultural expectations.
