About the role
The HR Officer will manage all administrative aspects of human resources on site, ensuring smooth operation of contracts, attendance, and employee relations. This position supports visa processes, labor claims, and coordinates with external labor authorities to maintain project continuity.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, amend, and terminate labour contracts and manage employee transfers.
- Control attendance records and maintain accurate vacation and schedule plans.
- Assist employees in obtaining work visas and support labour claim procedures.
- Establish and maintain contacts with external entities related to labour relations.
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and project requirements.
Required profile
- Technical or professional education (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar HR administrative duties.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong initiative, planning, organization, accuracy, reliability, and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
