About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner Senior Manager will lead the strategic and operational delivery of people initiatives for Aboitiz Foods. Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence and People Services, this role acts as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business priorities and cultural goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and high‑performance culture.
- Partner with business leaders to align talent, leadership development, and employee relations strategies with company objectives.
- Oversee employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, development programs, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR COE and People Services to implement best‑practice HR solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering or generalist roles.
- Proven experience in organization development, talent management, employee relations, and stakeholder management.
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or similarly complex environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
