Guest Service Agent – Mandarin

About the role

Join Raffles Seychelles as a Guest Service Agent fluent in Mandarin, delivering exceptional service to our luxury guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every stay is memorable through personalized attention and seamless coordination with hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, manage check‑in, and provide a comprehensive resort introduction.
• Coordinate special requests with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping, and other teams.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales, seasonal packages, frequent‑flyer and loyalty programs.
• Handle guest complaints, follow up on corrective actions, and track feedback.
• Prepare and send pre‑arrival emails, manage arrival reports, and create VIP guest profiles.
• Arrange amenity orders, inspect VIP rooms, and ensure repeat guests receive special recognition.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles with preferences and any issues during the stay.

Required profile

• Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and strong ownership of guest requests.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
• Attention to detail and proactive follow‑up on guest needs.
