About the role
Join iubenda as a Growth Sales Development Representative focused on retention and expansion. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Growth to protect recurring revenue, reduce churn, and unlock upsell opportunities across our privacy‑tech product suite.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify conversion, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the existing free and paying customer base.
- Educate customers on additional features, higher plans, or complementary products and generate a qualified expansion pipeline.
- Proactively reach out to at‑risk or low‑engagement accounts via email, calls, and LinkedIn to prevent churn.
- Collaborate with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and customer journeys.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach performance, and continuously optimise sequences based on data.
Required profile
- Customer‑centric and proactive communicator who enjoys helping users succeed.
- Curious about customer behaviour and comfortable with multi‑channel outreach (chat, phone, video).
- Thrives in fast‑moving SaaS environments and cross‑functional teams.
- Views churn prevention as a growth opportunity rather than a support task.
Required skills
- 1‑3 years experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management or Growth roles.
- Excellent written and spoken English; a second European language is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑driven outreach.
