Global Recruitment Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

GiveDirectly is seeking two Global Recruitment Coordinators to join its People Team. In this fully remote position you will help build world‑class employee experiences for a mission‑driven organization that delivers cash transfers to people living in poverty across 15 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, attract and engage a diverse pipeline of high‑quality candidates.
• Review CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules, acting as the first point of contact for candidates.
• Build and continuously improve the talent acquisition process, ensuring clear communication with hiring teams and candidates.
• Support end‑to‑end hiring operations and maintain consistent People Operations for a global workforce.
• Travel 1‑2 times per year to one of GiveDirectly’s country offices for team retreats or field visits.

Required profile

• Prior direct recruitment experience (career changers without recruitment background are not considered for this role).
• Ability to work remotely while overlapping New York time zone by at least two hours.
• Willingness to travel internationally once or twice a year.
• Strong analytical mindset, high ownership and excellent communication skills.
