Fund Accounting Manager

About the role

The Fund Accounting Manager will lead the delivery of fund accounting services for a portfolio of private equity and real‑estate clients. You will ensure high‑quality, on‑time reporting while managing a team of accounting professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively deliver all fund accounting services to assigned clients, adhering to published processes, procedures and controls.
• Manage client entity directorships and act as the first escalation point for client issues.
• Oversee internal and external subcontractors delivering accounting services.
• Prepare periodic fund accounting, NAV reporting, distribution planning and ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
• Lead, mentor and monitor a team, fostering engagement, performance culture and work‑life balance.
• Review deliverables for quality assurance and ensure on‑time financial reporting for all clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing fund accounting services, preferably for private equity or real‑estate funds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining service quality.
• Excellent communication and client‑service orientation.
