About the role
We are looking for a modern Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performing, user-centric digital solutions. You will work across the entire technology stack, from intuitive front-end experiences to robust APIs and backend logic, collaborating with UI/UX designers, data engineers and DevOps specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain responsive web applications across the full stack.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications together with product managers and designers.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and, where needed, GraphQL or WebSocket services.
- Ensure scalability, performance optimisation and security compliance of applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for reliable deployments.
- Deploy, monitor and scale applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Optionally contribute to AI-driven features such as conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation or intelligent assistants.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently in an Agile environment and deliver high-quality code.
- Passion for continuous learning, especially in AI and automation.
Required skills
- Frontend: React.js or Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind or Material UI.
- Backend: Node.js.NET, Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB.
- API development: REST, GraphQL, WebSocket.
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
- Testing: Playwright, NUnit or similar frameworks.
- Version control: Git, GitHub or Azure DevOps Repos.
