About the role
Cheval Blanc Seychelles is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead its Front Office team and ensure an exceptional guest experience at its contemporary Maison on Anse Intendance. The role combines operational oversight, team development, and high‑level service delivery in a luxury resort setting.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all Front Office functions to exceed guest expectations and support the resort’s financial goals.
- Manage the Front Office team, including recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and cross‑training of Ambassadeurs.
- Oversee VIP check‑in procedures, escorted villa access, and local government guest registration compliance.
- Conduct regular room inspections and collaborate with housekeeping to maintain standards.
- Implement departmental policies, health and safety protocols, and local legislation requirements.
- Lead special projects and assignments, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Participate in Ambassadeur training sessions and assume additional duties across departments as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing Front Office operations in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of guest registration regulations and hospitality standards.
- Flexibility to support multiple functions and adapt to evolving operational needs.
