Export Consolidation Execution Analyst

About the role

3M is seeking an Export Consolidation Execution Analyst to join its global logistics team. You will work with innovative colleagues worldwide to ensure efficient material flow from purchase to finished product, supporting plants, divisions, and distribution centers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production plans, conduct risk assessments and warehouse audits.
• Lead projects that enable just‑in‑time material flow and cost/service improvements.
• Provide transportation support, coordinate with carriers, and perform statistical analysis of routing and distribution.
• Manage daily consolidation center operations, including load planning, order allocation, booking coordination, and container execution.
• Oversee OSD processing, monitor site‑level costs, and enforce spend controls.
• Own yard and pool management activities in partnership with drayage providers.
• Maintain data accuracy across ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.
• Support knowledge transfer during transition from third‑party operators and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary 3M point of contact for site‑level operational matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply‑chain operations.
• At least 1 year hands‑on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or high‑school diploma/GED with 7 + years relevant experience.
• Preferred experience with SAP or equivalent ERP, ocean consolidation centers, drayage, or export logistics.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
