Experienced Architectural Graduate – Wellington

About the role

CCM Architects is seeking an Experienced Architectural Graduate to join its Wellington studio. You will work on high‑quality projects across healthcare, education and civic sectors, gaining exposure to all stages of architectural delivery from concept to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to design development and documentation across a variety of projects.
• Produce and manage Revit models in collaboration with senior project architects.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and internal teams throughout design, consent and construction phases.
• Support site and construction activities under New Zealand conditions.
• Participate actively in studio culture, sharing ideas and supporting continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor and/or Master of Architecture from a New Zealand university or recognised equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong design and documentation abilities, with a portfolio of built work preferred.
• Clear written, drawn and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficient in Revit.
• Familiarity with Masterspec, BIM 360 / ACC.
• Experience using Bluebeam and Adobe tools.
• Working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and consenting process.
