About the role
We are looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for our coaching business. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to a fast‑growing virtual assistance company.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client emails, calendars, and to‑do lists.
- Run Zoom meetings and online webinars.
- Support virtual coaching sessions, including marketing, billing, and payment collection.
- Send reminders, track attendance, and follow up on event registrations.
- Handle routine workflow activities such as researching customer service issues and completing daily/weekly tasks.
- Assist the help‑desk by assigning or responding to customer service emails using templated answers.
- Maintain event registration data and perform bulk registrations.
- Execute new instructor onboarding tasks and tagging.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistance roles.
- Excellent command of English.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Reliable headset with noise‑cancelling feature and HD webcam.
- Computer meeting minimum specifications (Intel i3/i5/i7 or AMD equivalent, Windows or Mac, 8 GB RAM, 60 GB free disk space).
- Stable 10 Mbps DSL or fiber internet connection (no USB‑stick or wireless‑only connections).
