About the role
The Executive – Client Services will support the Manager – Client Services in administering a diverse portfolio of domestic and international companies. The role involves daily interaction with clients, banks, authorities and internal teams to ensure accurate data, timely payments and compliance with regulatory and AML requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date statutory and static data for client entities.
- Process and approve payments, wire transfers and bank analyses.
- Arrange opening of bank accounts locally and abroad.
- Keep statutory registers current and draft resolutions, minutes and letters.
- Handle incoming correspondence and ensure timely filing of documents.
- Follow company and regulatory policies, including AML and KYC/CDD procedures.
- Liaise with data‑management team for accurate system filings.
- Assist with statutory audit queries and ad‑hoc tasks such as remediation, director changes and signatory updates.
Required profile
- Relevant degree (e.g., Management, Law, International Business, Finance).
- 2‑3 years experience in the finance industry or global business sector.
- Good understanding of trust and company administration principles.
- Ability to work across multiple portfolios and collaborate in a team.
- General knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
