Electrical Construction Manager – Copenhagen

About the role

We are a leading engineering services company seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead on‑site electrical works in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for coordinating design, supervising daily activities, and ensuring project milestones are met while working with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical design, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and participate in design reviews.
• Develop and monitor weekly and daily work plans, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Maintain close contact with site personnel to secure access, information, and materials.
• Supervise and monitor site personnel and specialist subcontractors on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Assist the Project Manager with programme planning, development, and enforcement.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress, cost, and any issues.
• Manage safety and quality aspects in line with company procedures.
• Liaise with Quality Control, Safety Departments, consultants, planners, quantity surveyors, and the broader workforce.

Required profile

• Electrical trade background (essential).
• 8+ years of site construction management experience (preferred).
• Excellent delegation and organisational abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills with the wider project team.
• Effective written and oral communication.
