Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of integrated CRM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams through analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Provide overall direction for solution architecture, configuration, and oversight.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for project concerns throughout the delivery cycle.
• Author and review high‑level and detailed architecture, data migration, integration, security models, ERDs, UAT, and training plans.
• Develop and manage an Issue Resolution Management plan.
• Act as Scrum Product Owner, facilitating daily scrum sessions.
• Oversee DevOps work items to ensure timely assignment, updates, and completion.
• Remove impediments to enable smooth day‑to‑day delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and at least 15 medium/large implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑changing environments with limited direction.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and multicultural, multilingual teams across time zones.
• Mentoring experience to support team growth.
• Current Dynamics 365 CE certifications (preferred).
