Director, Master Data Operations and Services

About the role

The Director, Master Data Operations and Services leads Breakthru Beverage Group’s enterprise Master Data Management function. This senior role ensures accurate, governed, and reliable Customer, Vendor, and Material data while supporting core business processes, compliance, analytics, and digital growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily SAP master data operations, ensuring timely and compliant data creation, maintenance, and updates.
• Prioritize master data intake, balancing operational demand with business needs, onboarding, project milestones, and product launches.
• Define, document, and continuously improve standardized master data processes for efficiency, quality, and service.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex master data issues involving SAP data elements, hierarchies, workflows, and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Review and validate master data loads for completeness, standards adherence, and consistency across systems.
• Establish and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and performance targets; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee and optimize master data tools and technologies, including SAP, SAP MDG, SAP Fiori, Salsify (PIM), Winshuttle, RPA, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Partner with IT to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data flows, integrations, and system performance.
• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) capabilities, defining governance workflows, approval structures, and data quality controls.

Required profile

• Current Associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Proven leadership of distributed data teams and strong partnership with IT, Data Governance, and business leaders.
• Ability to balance operational excellence with continuous improvement and digital transformation.
