Designated Beauty Advisor – Parfums de Marley

About the role

The Designated Beauty Advisor for Parfums de Marley will build lasting relationships with customers, driving sales and loyalty for the brand within Holt Renfrew stores. The role combines expert product knowledge with exceptional service to meet both personal and brand sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service consistently.
• Achieve and exceed personal and brand sales goals.
• Develop a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Share expert product knowledge with the entire store selling team.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and the selling manager.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and provide assortment recommendations.
• Attend all product knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management when needed.
• Comply with health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Highly collaborative and able to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Entrepreneurial, competitive, self‑confident and self‑motivated.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
