Designated Beauty Advisor (Kilian) – Luxury Retail Specialist

About the role

The Designated Beauty Advisor for Kilian will deliver exceptional service to luxury clientele, building lasting relationships that drive sales and brand loyalty. You will act as the expert voice for the Kilian brand within a high‑end department store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently provide extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive outreach, personalized follow‑up, and event invitations.
• Share expert product knowledge with the entire store team and support visual merchandising, floor recovery, and price changes.
• Identify marketing opportunities, recommend assortments, and communicate insights to store management.
• Attend all vendor and internal training sessions to stay current on product trends.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management on escalated matters.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
