Designated Beauty Advisor (DBA) Specialist

About the role

The Designated Beauty Advisor (DBA) Specialist at Holt Renfrew builds lasting relationships with luxury beauty clients, driving sales and brand loyalty for the Sisley line. You will work in a fashion‑driven environment, delivering exceptional service while meeting personal and brand sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently provide extraordinary customer service and exceed personal sales goals.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the entire store team and act as a brand ambassador.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to boost brand performance.
• Participate in all vendor and internal training sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods regarding events, product requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based, luxury retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Highly collaborative, able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.

Required skills

• Fluent communication in both French and English.
