About the role
The Dealer Manager will lead the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) dealer network in the assigned territory, driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with brand standards. Reporting to the Regional or Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the dealer base, monitoring performance, and fostering strong business relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to expand the BNPL network.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement dealer sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Provide training and ongoing support on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer operations, branding, and compliance.
- Resolve dealer‑related issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
