Data Labeling Specialist – Rwanda

About the role

Zipline is looking for a Data Labeling Specialist to support its global autonomy operations. You will ensure continuous, high‑quality data processing by reviewing and labeling diverse sensor data, adding contextual metadata for machine‑learning models that power safety‑critical drone capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in multiple sensor data streams, identifying issues, edge cases, and improvement opportunities.
• Use internal annotation tools to label data and provide feedback for tool enhancements.
• Deliver high‑quality labeled data on a regular cadence to keep algorithm development on track.
• Collaborate with Autonomy teams on various projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or completion of all academic requirements with graduation pending.

Required skills

• Experience with data labeling or annotation tools.
• Ability to work with sensor data streams and identify patterns or outliers.
