About the role
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join an international company that delivers a wide range of services across multiple markets. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality assistance to customers and partners through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Initiate outbound and proactive calls to customers and partners to address needs and gather feedback.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with internal teams.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product, sales, and marketing departments.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for helping people and strong communication abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑management capabilities.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Kinyarwanda, with the ability to write quickly and accurately.
