Customer Advisor (Azerbaijani) – Relocation to Bulgaria

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Advisor fluent in Azerbaijani and English to join our team in Bulgaria. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via email, chat, and phone while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
• Deliver clear, accurate information about products and services.
• Research customer questions and provide timely, professional answers.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani (C1) and English (advanced).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school education or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
