Customer Advisor (Azerbaijani) – Relocation to Bulgaria

About the role

Join a leading tobacco company’s customer service team as a Customer Advisor speaking Azerbaijani. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via email, chat, and phone while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Azerbaijani through multiple channels.
• Research and resolve customer questions quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using the company’s CRM system.
• Continuously update product knowledge to deliver accurate information.

Required profile

• C1 level proficiency in Azerbaijani (written and spoken).
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• High school diploma.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
