Customer Advisor – Azerbaijani (Relocation to Bulgaria)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Advisor fluent in Azerbaijani to join a leading tobacco company's support team in Bulgaria. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email, chat, and phone while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
• Provide accurate product and brand information.
• Research and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in Azerbaijani (C1) and advanced English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• High school education or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
