Customer Advisor – Azerbaijani Language (Relocation to Bulgaria)

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading tobacco brand, handling inquiries via email, chat and phone. The role focuses on delivering smooth, positive experiences while quickly providing accurate product information. You will receive full training on the brand, its products and industry specifics.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through email, live chat and telephone.
• Research and provide precise answers using company resources and CRM tools.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service processes.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani (C1) and English (advanced).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
