Curriculum Manager – Design & Deliver Software Training Programs

About the role

As a Curriculum Manager at Tricentis, you will shape the educational strategy for our AI‑driven testing solutions. You will design, develop, and launch comprehensive training programs that empower customers, partners, and internal teams to extract maximum value from our software.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand product features and updates.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements for external and internal audiences.
• Develop and manage curriculum roadmaps aligned with company goals, product releases, and industry standards.
• Create engaging training assets, including documentation, e‑learning modules, and instructor‑led courses.
• Design certification programs that support the company’s certification strategy.
• Implement and oversee training delivery, ensuring participant engagement and effective learning outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date training portfolio and stay current on industry trends.
• Provide guidance to trainers and instructors on designing and delivering diverse training assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role within a software company.
• Strong understanding of software development life‑cycle concepts and technologies.
• Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
