About the role
STM Consulting is expanding across Africa and seeks a CRM Executive to lead customer retention and engagement strategies for its overseas operations based in Mauritius. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, using data‑driven insights to enhance the player experience in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and execute end‑to‑end CRM campaigns across SMS, web push, and in‑app messaging.
- Launch and manage automated player journeys in partnership with Marketing and Product teams.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and timing to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Extract actionable insights from behavioral data and produce regular performance reports.
- Update onsite pages to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Monitor for bonus abuse, ensure promotion efficiency, and maintain compliance with data protection and responsible gaming policies.
- Act as escalation point for internal and external customer queries within SLA.
- Credit customer accounts with cashback, bonuses, and rewards following SOPs.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years hands‑on CRM experience.
- Prior experience in iGaming, Fintech, or international BPOs preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer retention, conversion techniques, and high‑volume promotional mechanics.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Professional attitude with ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience using data‑analytics software such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills.
