About the role
The Corporate Administrator will support the Operations Unit‑Head and senior team members in delivering day‑to‑day administrative and statutory tasks for Apex Group’s global fund administration business.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior staff under the supervision of the Operations Unit‑Head.
- Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Manage bank account activities, including opening accounts, initiating transfers and liaising with banks.
- Ensure timely completion of daily tasks and monitor ongoing activities.
- Prepare and file statutory submissions with the FSC, ROC and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain statutory registers and organise director/shareholder meetings, board papers and minutes.
- Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
- Follow up on executed agreements, ensure proper indexing and filing.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior team members.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm (advantageous).
- University degree from a recognised institution.
- Undertaking ACCA or ACA professional studies.
- Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Goal‑oriented, organised team player and quick learner.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
