About the role
This mid‑level position provides comprehensive corporate secretarial and administrative support within a global investor services group. You will work independently on established procedures while ensuring high‑quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare board and general meeting documentation, draft minutes, resolutions and agreements, and maintain corporate records and structure charts.
- Oversee compliance activities, including client file reviews, due‑diligence assessments, transaction monitoring and preparation of compliance memoranda for committee review.
- Process corporate transactions such as capital contributions, dividend distributions, bank account operations, signatory changes and liquidation procedures.
- Conduct client due‑diligence activities, including PEP identification, risk rating assessments, bad‑press checks and CDD worksheet reviews.
- Provide administrative and client support, including payment instruction processing and other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Degree holder or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration and secretarial matters.
