About the role
This entry‑level secretarial position provides basic corporate administration support under supervision. The role focuses on standardized processes, routine operational activities and the development of core competencies, with all work reviewed by a Senior Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and support corporate secretarial functions, including board and general meeting documentation, minutes, resolutions and statutory updates.
- Execute compliance and due‑diligence activities such as client file reviews, CDD document verification and transaction monitoring.
- Maintain accurate corporate records, system updates and organisational documentation, including structure charts and statutory filings.
- Process administrative transactions, including payment instructions, cash‑collection monitoring, timesheet management and proactive issue flagging.
- Provide banking support, including account opening assistance, periodic file reviews and coordination of signatory changes.
Required profile
- Degree holder and/or related professional qualification.
- Internship experience or 0–1 year of experience in a similar role.
