About the role
Platos is looking for a Brand and Marketing Designer to own the visual expression of the brand across all external touch‑points. The role will translate product narratives into compelling assets that drive awareness and conversion while keeping the brand system consistent.
Key responsibilities
- Design campaign assets for social, paid, email and content channels and create launch‑specific creative for product releases.
- Design and build landing pages and marketing sites in Webflow, maintain content, ensure responsive integrity and apply SEO, accessibility and performance best practices.
- Create packaging concepts and print‑ready files for the Platos Monitor hardware line, as well as in‑box guides, labels and warranty cards.
- Produce sales decks, partner pitch materials and one‑pagers, and maintain a library of reusable templates for the sales and partnership teams.
- Maintain and evolve the brand system – guidelines, typography, colour, iconography, photography direction and tone of voice – and curate the central asset library.
- Leverage AI‑assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, asset production and iteration across marketing, web and packaging work.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing brand and marketing assets across multiple channels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product, sales, operations and development teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining visual consistency.
