About the role
The Beauty Advisor – K-Beauty will build lasting relationships with customers, driving sales and loyalty for luxury beauty brands. You will work in a fast‑paced, fashion‑driven environment, delivering exceptional service and product expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
- Develop a loyal client base by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and retaining clients.
- Share expert product knowledge with the store team and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and management.
- Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and provide assortment recommendations.
- Attend all educational sessions, product trainings, and vendor seminars.
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods.
- Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management on escalated matters.
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Highly collaborative and able to work in a team‑oriented setting.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
- Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred.
