About the role
As an Audit Operation Coordinator you will support the audit manager by ensuring smooth planning and execution of audits across the EMEA region. You will act as a liaison between internal teams, auditors, and customers to keep projects on track and maintain high service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate audit schedules in line with client timelines and report progress to the manager.
- Maintain and update customer order dashboards, communicating any delays or changes.
- Assist the audit manager with tracking customer requests, participating in client meetings, and handling administrative tasks.
- Manage supplier onboarding, engagement, and service scheduling.
- Plan and allocate resources based on service type, auditor expertise, and transport cost optimization.
- Provide daily operational support to auditors and suppliers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and versatile.
