About the role
The Associate, Inventory Integrity supports retail operations by performing scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts and analyses to improve inventory accuracy. Working within the Inventory Integrity team, you will conduct daily cycle counts, perform first‑level analysis on overages and shortages, and communicate findings to store leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Execute planned cycle counts, including scanning and review of inventory.
- Investigate overages and shortages identified during counts.
- Partner with sellers and sales leaders to share results and develop action plans.
- Identify trends from count data and collaborate with the supervisor to improve accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for counts and adjustments per process.
- Manage cycle‑count equipment and support various inventory investigations (e.g., negative on‑hand reports).
- Comply with health & safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- 3+ years of retail experience with strong inventory awareness (receiving, stock movements, counts, sales).
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks.
- Problem‑solving ability to resolve inventory issues.
- Comfort with inventory math, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, and CTS App is a plus.
