About the role
The Associate Executive will support the delivery of high‑quality fund administration services for Apex Group’s global client base. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure accurate record‑keeping, statutory compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Organise directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
- Prepare accounts and tax computations, liaise with auditors and ensure flawless client deliverables.
- Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
- Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and coordinate with banks.
- Produce statutory accounts with all required disclosures.
- Address tax queries from authorities, clients and internal teams.
- File statutory returns with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML regulations and maintain updated records.
- Coordinate team activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
- Holder of a degree or progressing towards an ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
