About the role

The Assistant Manager HR will support the daily operations of the Human Resources function, ensuring that core HR processes run smoothly and align with company policies. This role acts as a bridge between employees, managers, and the HR team to foster an efficient and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower needs and align recruitment with business objectives.
  • Support payroll processing by validating employee data, allowances, and deductions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee‑engagement initiatives.
  • Administer employee claims, benefits, allowances, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements, assisting in audits and policy updates.
  • Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, procurement of supplies, and facility maintenance.

Required profile

  • Minimum 16 years of education.
  • 2‑3 years of relevant HR experience.
