About the role
The Assistant Level 1 – Customer Experience supports the handling of customer complaints and feedback, helping to improve service quality and ensure timely resolutions. This entry‑level position also performs administrative and data‑related tasks within the Customer Experience team.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, acknowledge, and log customer complaints accurately and promptly.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally in both English and French.
- Apply complaint‑handling procedures and meet service‑level requirements.
- Aim to resolve issues at first contact whenever possible.
- Maintain up‑to‑date complaint records and supporting documentation.
- Review data during remediation, flag errors, and support MCIB‑related reviews.
- Provide clear information about products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support resolutions.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment and attend required training.
Required profile
- A degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar customer‑service role; project‑management experience is a plus.
- Fast and accurate typing and data‑entry skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication abilities in English and French.
- Good multitasking, prioritisation, and time‑management capabilities.
