Architectural Graduate

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Graduate to join our team and support the delivery of design and construction projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with senior architects, clients and consultants to develop project briefs and ensure design quality.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients and professionals to define project briefs and update them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare planning and regulatory applications, design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Assist in detailed design, coordinate design information, and produce tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain statutory approvals and attend site visits to monitor progress.
• Analyse specifications, advise on contracts, and support contract administration and project certification.
• Identify and resolve issues during construction, conduct defect inspections, and ensure projects stay within agreed timescales.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of architectural experience in Singapore or Malaysia (fresh graduates welcome).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore or Malaysia building regulations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability.
• Proactive, conscientious attitude.
