职位概况

负责公司仓储管理系统（SAP）及保税关务系统（ILC）的日常操作与维护，协助处理进出口及保税业务，确保文件与报关流程顺畅。

主要职责

使用SAP进行WMS系统操作，维护ILC关务系统。
撰写并回复国外客户的英文邮件及报告分析。
管理进出口及保税相关文件，确保资料完整。
与报关行、货运代理及客户进行沟通协调。
执行上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

大专以上学历，专业不限。
熟练使用Word、Excel、Access等办公软件。
能够适应大夜班、中班及假日轮班加班。
具备中等英文读写能力。
有进出口或保税工作经验及保税人员证书者优先。
