About the role
The Account Analyst will manage internal collections for delinquent customer accounts through phone outreach using a predictive dialer. The role focuses on delivering solutions that satisfy both the client and Island Finance while adhering to company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound collection calls to customers with overdue accounts.
- Utilize predictive dialing technology to maximize call efficiency.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements that align with company guidelines.
- Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory and internal standards.
- Track performance against collection targets and report results.
- Operate within automated collection systems and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of post‑secondary education, preferably in Business Administration.
- At least three years of experience in collections, telemarketing, or phone‑based customer service.
- Dynamic, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and negotiation abilities.
- Goal‑driven with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
